青草日历（英文名称：Qingcao Calendar；日文名称：青草カレンダー，以下简称“本应用”）尊重并保护用户的个人信息和隐私。本政策适用于本应用的各语言版本，旨在说明本应用如何处理您的信息、集成的第三方服务可能如何处理相关信息，以及您享有的权利。
请您特别注意：本应用不提供账号注册或登录功能。您创建的日期标记、备注、提醒以及应用设置默认保存在您的设备本地，本应用不会主动将这些内容上传至我们的服务器。
一、我们收集和处理的信息
1. 您主动创建并保存在本地的信息
- 日期标记和备注：包括您选择的日期、填写的备注内容以及是否启用提醒。
- 提醒信息：包括提醒日期、提醒时间及通知状态，用于按照您的设置生成本地系统通知。
- 应用设置：包括应用语言、日历地区、主题等偏好，用于保留您的使用习惯。
上述信息通过设备本地存储功能保存。除操作系统为实现备份、设备迁移等功能而进行的处理外，我们不会主动将这些内容上传至服务器。
2. 为实现基础功能所处理的信息
- 时区信息：本应用读取设备当前时区，用于准确安排本地提醒通知。
- 通知权限和通知状态：当您主动开启日期提醒时，本应用会申请系统通知权限，并通过系统本地通知功能发送提醒。
- 网络状态：本应用集成的广告服务可能读取网络连接类型和网络状态，以加载开屏、插屏和信息流广告。
3. 我们不主动收集的信息
本应用不要求注册账号，不主动收集您的姓名、电话号码、电子邮件地址、通讯录、短信、通话记录、照片、文件、麦克风录音、精确位置或粗略位置。本应用也不会将您的备注内容用于广告投放。

三、我们如何使用信息
我们仅在实现以下目的所必需的范围内处理信息：
- 展示中国大陆、英国和日本的日历、节日、节气及法定休息日或调休信息；
- 保存和展示您创建的日期标记、备注及提醒设置；
- 按照您选择的时间发送本地通知；
- 保存语言、日历地区和主题等本地偏好；
- 加载和展示开屏、插屏及信息流广告；
- 保障应用运行安全，排查故障并遵守法律法规要求。
四、信息的共享、转让与披露
我们不会出售、出租或非法向第三方提供您的个人信息。除以下情形外，我们不会共享您的个人信息：
- 已取得您的单独同意或明确授权；
- 为实现本政策所述功能，向提供广告或系统能力的第三方服务提供必要信息；
- 根据法律法规、诉讼争议解决程序，或行政、司法机关依法提出的要求进行披露；
- 为保护用户、公众或本应用的合法权益，且披露为法律允许或要求。
如发生合并、分立、收购、资产转让或类似交易，涉及个人信息转移的，我们将要求新的持有方继续受本政策约束，否则将要求其重新取得您的授权同意。
五、第三方 SDK 和服务
为提供广告功能，本应用集成了以下第三方 SDK。第三方 SDK 会依据其自身隐私政策处理信息，其实际处理范围可能因设备系统、SDK 版本、广告类型和您的权限选择而有所不同。

- 安全措施：我们将采取合理的技术和管理措施降低信息丢失、滥用、未经授权访问或泄露的风险。
请注意，任何网络传输或电子存储方式均无法保证绝对安全。请妥善保管您的设备，并使用系统提供的锁屏、权限管理等安全功能。
七、您的权利
在适用法律允许的范围内，您可以通过以下方式管理信息和权限：
- 在应用内查看、修改或删除日期标记、备注和提醒；
- 通过系统设置关闭通知权限；
- 通过应用内设置调整语言、日历地区等偏好；
- 通过系统设置清除本应用数据，或卸载本应用以删除设备上的本地数据；
- 通过本政策列明的联系方式，提出查询、更正、删除、撤回同意或投诉等请求。
由于本应用不提供账号系统，我们无法通过账号在服务器端定位或恢复您已从设备删除的本地内容。
八、儿童隐私
本应用不是专门面向不满 14 周岁儿童设计的产品。若您是不满 14 周岁的未成年人，应在父母或其他监护人的陪同和指导下阅读本政策并使用本应用。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息；如发现因意外情况处理了儿童个人信息，我们将依法尽快删除或采取其他必要措施。
九、隐私政策的变更
我们可能根据功能调整、第三方服务变化或法律法规要求更新本政策。发生重大变更时，我们将通过应用内提示、更新说明或其他合理方式通知您。更新后的政策将在标明的生效日期起生效。

Qingcao Calendar (Chinese name: 青草日历; Japanese name: 青草カレンダー, referred to below as the "App") respects and protects your personal information and privacy. This Policy applies to all language versions of the App and explains how the App handles information, how integrated third-party services may process information, and the rights available to you.
Please note: the App does not provide account registration or login. Date markers, notes, reminders, and App settings that you create are stored locally on your device by default. The App does not actively upload this content to our servers.
1. Information We Collect and Process
1.1 Information you create and store locally
- Date markers and notes: the selected date, note text, and whether a reminder is enabled.
- Reminder information: the reminder date, time, and notification status used to schedule local system notifications.
- App settings: preferences such as App language, calendar region, and theme.
This information is saved through local device storage. We do not actively upload it to a server, except for processing that may be performed by your operating system for device backup or migration.
1.2 Information processed to provide essential features
- Time zone: the App reads the device's current time zone to schedule reminders accurately.
- Notification permission and status: when you enable a date reminder, the App requests notification permission and uses the device's local notification service.
- Network status: the integrated advertising service may read the connection type and network status to load splash, interstitial, and native feed advertisements.
1.3 Information we do not actively collect
The App does not require an account and does not actively collect your name, telephone number, email address, contacts, messages, call history, photos, files, microphone recordings, precise location, or approximate location. Your note content is not used for advertising.

3. How We Use Information
We process information only as necessary for the following purposes:
- displaying calendars, holidays, solar terms, statutory days off, and adjusted working days for Mainland China, the United Kingdom, and Japan;
- saving and displaying date markers, notes, and reminder settings;
- sending a local notification at the time you select;
- remembering local preferences such as language, calendar region, and theme;
- loading and displaying splash, interstitial, and native feed advertisements; and
- maintaining App security, troubleshooting faults, and complying with legal obligations.
4. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or unlawfully provide your personal information to third parties. Information may be shared only in the following circumstances:
- you have provided separate consent or explicit authorization;
- necessary information is provided to third-party services that support advertising or system functionality described in this Policy;
- disclosure is required by applicable law, legal proceedings, or a lawful request from an administrative or judicial authority; or
- disclosure is permitted or required by law to protect users, the public, or the legitimate rights and interests of the App.
If a merger, division, acquisition, asset transfer, or similar transaction involves personal information, we will require the new holder to remain bound by this Policy or obtain your authorization again.
5. Third-Party SDKs and Services
The App integrates the following third-party SDK to provide advertisements. The SDK processes information under its own privacy policy, and the actual scope may vary by operating system, SDK version, advertisement type, and your permission choices.

6. Storage and Security
- Storage location: date markers, notes, reminders, and App settings are stored locally on your device.
- Retention: local data remains until you delete the relevant content, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
- Advertising data: information processed by the advertising SDK and its retention period are governed by the third party's policy and applicable law.
- Security: we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure.
No network transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please protect your device and use system features such as screen locking and permission controls.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may manage your information and permissions by:
- viewing, changing, or deleting date markers, notes, and reminders in the App;
- disabling notification permission in system settings;
- adjusting language, calendar region, and other preferences in the App;
- clearing the App's data in system settings or uninstalling the App to remove locally stored data; and
- contacting us to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or to submit a complaint.
Because the App has no account system, we cannot locate or restore local content that you have deleted from your device through a server-side account.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not specifically designed for children under 14, or the minimum age established by applicable law in your jurisdiction. A child should read this Policy and use the App only with the involvement and guidance of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If we discover that such information has been processed unintentionally, we will delete it or take other necessary measures as required by law.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect feature changes, third-party service changes, or legal requirements. For material changes, we will provide notice through an in-App message, release notes, or another reasonable method. The revised Policy becomes effective on the stated effective date.

青草カレンダー（中国語名：青草日历、英語名：Qingcao Calendar。以下「本アプリ」といいます）は、ユーザーの個人情報およびプライバシーを尊重し、保護します。本ポリシーは本アプリの各言語版に適用され、本アプリによる情報の取扱い、組み込まれた第三者サービスによる情報処理の可能性、ならびにユーザーの権利について説明するものです。

- タイムゾーン：正確な時刻にリマインダーを設定するため、端末の現在のタイムゾーンを参照します。
- 通知権限および通知状態：ユーザーが日付リマインダーを有効にした場合、通知権限を要求し、端末のローカル通知機能を使用します。
- ネットワーク状態：組み込まれた広告サービスは、起動時広告、インタースティシャル広告およびネイティブフィード広告を読み込むため、接続方式やネットワーク状態を参照する場合があります。
1.3 本アプリが能動的に収集しない情報
本アプリはアカウントを必要とせず、氏名、電話番号、メールアドレス、連絡先、メッセージ、通話履歴、写真、ファイル、マイク録音、正確な位置情報またはおおよその位置情報を能動的に収集しません。メモの内容を広告配信に利用することもありません。

- アプリの安全性確保、不具合調査および法令遵守のため。
4. 情報の共有、移転および開示
当方は、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売、貸与または違法に提供しません。ただし、以下の場合に限り必要な情報を共有または開示することがあります。
- ユーザーから個別の同意または明示的な許可を得た場合。
- 本ポリシーに記載する広告またはシステム機能を提供する第三者サービスに、必要な情報を提供する場合。
- 適用法令、法的手続、行政機関または司法機関からの適法な要求に基づく場合。
- ユーザー、公衆または本アプリの正当な権利利益を保護するため、法令上許可または要求される場合。
合併、会社分割、買収、資産譲渡その他これらに類する取引に伴い個人情報が移転される場合、新たな保有者に本ポリシーの遵守を求めます。遵守されない場合は、改めてユーザーの同意を取得します。

6. 情報の保存と安全管理
- 保存場所：日付マーク、メモ、リマインダーおよびアプリ設定は端末内に保存されます。
- 保存期間：ユーザーが該当内容を削除する、アプリデータを消去する、または本アプリをアンインストールするまで保存されます。
- 広告データ：第三者広告 SDK が処理する情報および保存期間は、当該第三者のポリシーと適用法令に従います。
- 安全管理措置：紛失、悪用、不正アクセスまたは漏えいのリスクを低減するため、合理的な技術的・組織的措置を講じます。
ネットワーク送信または電子的保存の方法について、完全な安全性を保証することはできません。端末を適切に管理し、画面ロックや権限管理などのシステム機能をご利用ください。
7. ユーザーの権利
適用法令の範囲内で、ユーザーは以下の方法により情報および権限を管理できます。
- 本アプリ内で日付マーク、メモおよびリマインダーを確認、変更または削除する。
- システム設定で通知権限を無効にする。
- 本アプリ内で言語、カレンダー地域などの設定を変更する。
- システム設定でアプリデータを消去する、または本アプリをアンインストールして端末内のデータを削除する。
- 本ポリシー記載の連絡先を通じ、アクセス、訂正、削除、同意の撤回または苦情の申立てを行う。
本アプリにはアカウント機能がないため、端末から削除されたローカルデータをサーバー側のアカウントから特定または復元することはできません。
8. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、14 歳未満の子ども、または適用法令で定められた最低年齢未満の方を対象として特別に設計されたものではありません。該当する方は、保護者の関与と指導のもとで本ポリシーを読み、本アプリを利用してください。当方は子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。誤って処理したことが判明した場合は、法令に従い速やかに削除するか、その他必要な措置を講じます。
9. 本ポリシーの変更
機能、第三者サービスまたは法令上の要件の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内表示、更新情報その他合理的な方法でお知らせします。改定後のポリシーは、記載された施行日から効力を生じます。
